Financial Calendar 2025 (Amendment)

HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. (the “Company”) announces the amendment of its 2025 Financial Calendar. The amendment refers to the distribution of interim dividend for fiscal year 2025 and the designation of the ex-dividend, record and commencement of payment dates. The Financial Calendar is updated as follows:

Ex-dividend date, interim dividend FY25	Monday, 19 January 2026 (* after 19 December 2025, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company’s stock and on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index, in which it participates * after 16 January 2026, the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/Athex Large Cap index)
Record date, interim dividend FY25	Tuesday, 20 January 2026
Commencement of payment date, interim dividend FY25	Monday, 26 January 2026
FY25 results announcement	Thursday, 26 February 2026
Conference Call with analysts for the presentation of FY25 financial results	Thursday, 26 February 2026
