Empowering Interns Intership Program

Undergraduate and postgraduate students of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), in Greece and abroad who wish to gain work experience during their studies.

The program is addressed to students from Engineering Departments (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering), Economics and Business Administration, Computer Science, and related fields.

• University graduates must have graduated in the same calendar year as the implementation of the Program.
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 60% of the total duration of their academic program.
• The minimum grade point average (GPA) for all years of study must be at least 6.5/10 ("Very Good") or an equivalent grade from an educational institution abroad. For postgraduate students, the GPA of their undergraduate degree will be considered.
• Excellent command of the English language (Proficiency in English).
• Good knowledge of computer use.

Employment takes place during the summer months of July and August and lasts for a total of two (2) months.

The application process takes place through the HELLENiQ ENERGY Platform. As an applicant, once you have confirmed that you meet the Program’s terms and eligibility criteria, you are required to complete your application and submit it within the specified deadline.

After you submit your application, it will be evaluated in accordance with the Program’s criteria. As part of the process, you may be invited to participate in an introductory interview with Representatives of the Human Resources Department. The results will be announced by the end of June 2026, and you will be notified via email.
