More than 350 HELLENiQ ENERGY volunteers took part in the 42nd Athens Authentic Marathon

With over 350 employees from six countries lacing up their running shoes, the HELLENiQ ENERGY Running Team made a truly standout appearance at the 42nd Athens Authentic Marathon, championing a message of unity, solidarity, and social impact.

This year marked the team’s biggest participation yet, bringing together runners from across the Group’s companies in Greece and abroad, including colleagues from Enerwave (the new name of ELPEDISON), who joined the team for the very first time.

Under the motto “The Good Run – United We Marathon,” volunteers participated in the 5 km, 10 km, and 42 km races, supporting social organizations that serve the communities where the Group operates.

Once again, the “HELLENiQ ENERGY Running Station” on Ardittou Street became a lively meeting point for runners, a place to recharge, share the excitement, and celebrate team spirit.

HELLENiQ ENERGY congratulates all employees who took part, demonstrating that every race gains its true meaning when driven by collective effort and a commitment to giving back.

The countdown to next year’s Marathon has already begun - with even more energy ahead!

Supporting Volunteering and Fostering Environmental Awareness

Over 1,000 primary school pupils from neighboring municipalities engaged in educational awareness programs. At the same time, volunteer beach clean-up initiatives in Aspropyrgos (Attica) and Kalochori (Thessaloniki) led to the collection of more than 1,500 kilograms of waste.
