Konstantinos Pandazis
Mr. Pandazis is Deputy General Manager of the Group’s Refineries. He joined HELLENiQ ENERGY in 1999.

He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from NTUA, an MSc from Imperial College London, and an Executive MBA from ALBA.
He has significant experience in the refining sector, having held key leadership positions within HELLENiQ PETROLEUM S.A.. Since 2020, he has served as Aspropyrgos Refinery Manager, assuming responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the facility, implementing significant operational improvements, and contributing to the successful completion of the largest turnaround in the site’s history.
On 22.07.2025, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager, assuming broader responsibilities for the coordination and operational oversight of the Company’s refinery activities.
His previous roles include Elefsis Refinery Manager (2018–2020), Operations Manager (2012–2017), and Commissioning & Start-up Manager for the Elefsis Refinery Upgrade Project, where he played a decisive role in operational stabilization, equipment reliability improvements, and the successful start-up of the new units.
