She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and holds a Law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has further specialization in Greek and European tax law, corporate governance, and public administration.
She is a distinguished lawyer specializing in tax law, with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors. She has served as Head Partner of Tax and Legal Services at PwC Greece, Secretary General for Tax Policy at the Ministry of National Economy and Finance, and Senior Advisor at Ernst & Young Greece. She has extensive expertise in the development and interpretation of tax policy frameworks and has advised major Greek and multinational groups on complex tax matters.
Throughout her career, she has held positions of high responsibility with strategic, managerial, and advisory scope, contributing to tax policy design, the management of reforms, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has also actively participated in leading professional organizations and tax committees, including the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), and the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
She is recognized for her integrity, strategic insight, and balanced approach to complex legal and fiscal matters.
