From Refining and International Trading to Domestic Marketing and Renewable Energy, participants gain hands-on experience across key phases of the Group’s energy value chain, engaging directly with our core technical operations.
Indicative Roles: Maintenance Engineer, Process Engineer, Health, Safety & Environmental Engineer
By joining core support functions such as Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Legal, participants develop a holistic understanding of the Group’s internal structure and contribute to cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.
Indicative Roles: Financial Analyst, HR Specialist, Lawyer, Procurement Specialist/Buyer
Within the fields of IT and Digital Transformation, participants play an active role in modernizing operations, gaining exposure to the technologies that are shaping the future of energy—across both Refineries and Corporate Units.

Through placements in Domestic Marketing and Elpe Future, participants build a deep understanding of commercial strategy and market dynamics in areas such as e-mobility, petrochemicals, and trading, contributing to the Group’s evolving business landscape.

Εligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a higher education institution. A Master’s degree will serve as a competitive advantage.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Willingness to relocate to different company locations.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, and continuous development.
