By participating in conferences, workshops, and guest lectures, we provide students and graduates with direct exposure to the challenges and opportunities of the energy sector, guided by experienced professionals from across HELLENiQ ENERGY. At the same time, we implement internship and scholarship programs, strengthening the link between academic studies and professional experience.

Through the Empowering Interns Program, we provide young people with the chance to explore the energy sector, develop valuable skills, and take their first step into the job market.
The Empowering Graduates Program is designed to offer a well-rounded and meaningful experience. It’s a journey focused on skill development, leadership growth, and active participation in a fast-evolving sector.
We are joining forces with ALBA Graduate Business School to establish the "Center for Sustainability and Energy" to promote innovation, research and education in sustainable energy.
